Refunds & Returns

At FurnitureThemes we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your furniture choice and shopping experience.

Money back guarantee

If, in the unlikely event that you are not entirely happy with your order you have the option of using our Seven Day Money Back Guarantee.

It’s very simple, all you need to do is contact us via the website, or by sending an email to our customer services team at customerservices@furniturethemes.co.uk to arrange for us to collect the goods you wish returned. We will then arrange collection and you will be charged £45 which will be deducted from your refund.  Note we are only able to collect goods delivered to a mainland UK address.

We ask that you ensure all goods are returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery and in their original packaging.

Customers have a duty of care for the product until it is collected from them, and should make every effort to ensure no damage is caused to the item. Returned goods are refunded within 30 days.

The following ranges are made to order and therefore we do not offer a full refund: Mottisfont. In the case where a customer would like to return an order for the Mottisfont range we will refund the customer 80% of the order amount. The remaining 20% will not be refunded and will be passed on to the manufacturer as a re-stocking fee for the products.

Manufacturers guarantee

All our furniture items carry a One Year Manufacturers Guarantee against materials and workmanship. If you have any questions regarding this guarantee, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01606 536262.

Items that cannot be returned

These include:

  • Home Assembly, if construction has been attempted or completed. We will however, supply replacement parts for any piece that may be damaged.
  • Items that have either been specially commissioned or ordered in non standard sizes and/or colours. These items cannot be cancelled or returned.
  • Mattresses, if they have been removed from their original packaging. If you wish to test a mattress please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
