Lead Times

Our lead times normally vary from between one and four weeks. We do try and keep some stock, however, with the broad range of furniture products and varying combinations available it just isn’t possible to stock all items. By buying to order we can keep our overheads low, and therefore our prices extremely competitive.

Where we deliver

Our deliveries throughout mainland UK are FREE of charge, except for postcodes beginning PH, PA, IV, AB and KW where there will be a small additional charge. We are currently unable to deliver directly to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight, the Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands. However we can deliver to a nominated UK port, at our standard delivery rate for that area, for onward delivery by your carrier. Deliveries outside of the UK mainland usually need to be discussed with us, so we can give you the best possible price, so please feel free to either contact us via email (sales@furniturethemes.co.uk), or telephone us on 01606 536262.

How we deliver

Large items are transported by trained furniture delivery staff, directly to your home, in specially equipped furniture vans. Prior to delivery you will receive a telephone call to agree a convenient time with you, which is normally set at either a morning or afternoon slot. Smaller items may be delivered by a parcel service.

When we deliver

Our UK deliveries usually take place during the working week between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm and exclude Public Holidays. Deliveries at other times are possible by prior arrangement but may incur a small charge.
